The place is infested with bugs!!! Found them in the bed and the bathroom. I had to change accommodation to a different one after a night. A truly disgusting place, avoid it at all cost...

Nothing ‘delight’ about this place. Upon arrival to our room we were shocked to see the horror of a room. Went to go for a shower only to see our towels had a stain on them which can only be described as faeces. There was hair hanging on the hairdryer. There was also hair hanging on the tap and the wall of the shower. There was thick mold all along the bottom of the shower. The water pressure was no more than a trickle of water at a time and the water was freezing cold (lukewarm was as hot as it got if you were lucky). The smell outside the hostel and in the hallway was putrid. If I could give 0 stars I would. Never again.

Hostel is safe for women traveling alone.The bed linen and very clean nothing to say.The 100% room is very small with 3 bunk beds, impossible for 2 people to move in the room. No common space except the kitchen and the very small terrace. The hostel is very well located though.Don't expect much but for the price it's very reasonable

The hostel was pretty good overall, I liked that it was very secure and free lockers were in the rooms. Has basic community areas kitchen and patio. Improvements could be more outlets one for each bed, could not charge my phone at night, and I did not receive the enough change back when they charge tax upon arrival because they did not have it. Area was good overall with grocery stores nearby and some decent restaurant choices. Easy access to the airport.

It just matches the price.From my experience between June 4th and 8th in the 8-bed room what I like:1. The staff was very nice and the receptionist was happy to change my locker because it was broken.2. The cleaning lady cleans the bathroom daily and it was often clean. The hot water was always available.3. You can find what you need in the kitchen.4. The location near Praque Eduardo VII, 1-2 minutes walk to 2 supermarkets or 5 minutes walk to the metro.5. Availability of an elevator.What I do not like:1. The size of the room fits a maximum of 6 beds, with 8 beds it is too tight.2. There is no socket on upper beds.3. The dining room wasn't bad during my stay (June 4-8), but it gets hot most of the time in summer as there is no darkness.

The hostel was excellent. The host was super nice and welcoming. Close to metro station. Its located at the central hub of Lisbon accessible to all major location. The cleanliness was super nice and the safety and security was too good. I would like highly recommend this hostel for perfect stay.

Nice location, close to Pingo Doce, Aldi, metro, sops and restaurants. I paid 20 euros for a bed per night in a dorm (8 persons). The beds were clean and refreshed every day. Showers, kitchen. But with 7 other people, its good for a few days. The only thing is that my small locker didn't work well.
